How to Activate ICICI Net Banking Online
Step 1: Visit the official ICICI website and navigate to the “Retail” section from the sidebar, accessible under “Internet Banking.” Alternatively, you can directly access the ICICI internet banking website by clicking on this link (click here).
Step 2: On the ICICI net banking homepage, input your customer ID.
Step 3: Enter your ICICI Bank account number and registered mobile number. Fill in the captcha security text, then click “Continue.” (Please ensure you have the following information handy before starting the registration process: Account Number, ATM/Debit Card linked to the account number, ATM/Debit Card Credentials, and the mobile number registered for the account number)
Note: Add the country code prefix to your mobile number without the plus sign (+), for example, 919933 instead of +9199*33.
Step 4: You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) on your registered mobile number with ICICI Bank. Enter the OTP received on your mobile and click “Continue.”
Step 5: Enter your ICICI ATM card details in the next step. After entering your Debit card credentials, click “Continue.”
Step 6: Read and accept the terms and conditions for using the e-banking facility of the bank. Check the box “I agree to the above-mentioned Agreement-cum-Indemnity” and click “Accept” to proceed.
Step 7: On the next page, create a password for your internet banking. Create a password containing special characters, alphabets, and numbers (e.g., @a2ab_12Z), and click “Continue.”
Step 8: After clicking “Continue,” a pop-up message will appear on your computer screen indicating that your request to create an Internet Banking User ID is successful. Click “OK” and make a note of your reference number, customer ID, and login user ID.

How to Obtain an Internet Banking User ID

If your account has not been generated, you can obtain an Internet Banking User ID in either of the following ways:
