The eligibility criteria for the Apprentice position in terms of educational qualification and age limit are as follows.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should have a minimum of 50% aggregate in SSC/Matric/Std X. For ITI (NCVT/SCVT), a minimum aggregate of 65% is required.
Age Limit
There is no upper age restriction for apprenticeship training. The minimum age is 14 years, and for hazardous occupations, it is 18 years. Candidates born on or before May 2, 2010, are eligible.
To apply for the Apprentice position under the Indian Navy, there is no application fee. You can submit your application directly by visiting the official recruitment portal, https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/.
The Indian Navy will conduct the written exam for the Apprentice position on February 28, 2023, with the official result declaration on March 02, 2023. Subsequently, interviews will be held on the following dates:
